Samsung only just released the Galaxy Note7 on the 2nd of September but had to put a stop to its sales on the very same day. This is due to a number of Note7 devices catching fire (35 reported in a single day) due to the battery, so to be on the safe side the Note7 is temporarily not for sale.

Reading their statement shocked me and I really do feel bad for them. Having to prevent sales of their most latest flagship smartphone on the day of release is probably one of the worst things that can happen. I don’t know how it went so wrong. Imagine all those people that were so excited to buy it.

Samsung Note7 official recall

If you read my previous post re the Note7, you ‘ll know that I pre-ordered it. I’ve loved the phone since the day I received it but somewhat disappointed that there has been a recall on it. Samsung will be replacing it in the coming weeks, so for now I’ll ensure I’m in the same room as the Note7 when its charging, in case it catches fire! Although I’m hoping I got one of the good ones.

Did you want to buy the Note7? If so, are you still planning to when Samsung begin selling them again or has this issue put you off?
If you pre-ordered, what do you think of it so far?
I absolutely love it. I’ll give you an overview of why in a review real soon. Stay tuned.

Thank you for reading.
